*** 5 Stars REVIEW *** CRAZY STUPID BROMANCE by Lyssa Kay Adams

Alexis Carlisle and her cat café, ToeBeans, have shot to fame after she came forward as a victim of a celebrity chef’s sexual harassment. When a new customer approaches to confide in her, the last thing Alexis expects is for the woman to claim they’re sisters. Unsure what to do, Alexis turns to the only man she trusts—her best friend, Noah Logan.

Computer genius Noah left his rebellious teenage hacker past behind to become a computer security expert. Now he only uses his old skills for the right cause. But Noah’s got a secret: He’s madly in love with Alexis. When she asks for his help, he wonders if the timing will ever be right to confess his crush.

Noah’s pals in The Bromance Book Club are more than willing to share their beloved “manuals” to help him go from bud to boyfriend. But he must decide if telling the truth is worth risking the best friendship he’s ever had.

A hacktivist and a cat café owner decode the friend zone in this romantic comedy from the author of Undercover Bromance.

This is my favorite book in the series so far, and Noah and Alexis are my favorite couple.

Alexis is one of the women harassed by the celebrity chef in the previous book. I love how Alexis is portrayed as a strong woman who takes what life throws at her while keeping a kind and loving heart. Noah Logan entered Alexis' life when he used his computer skills to get the dirt on Royce Preston to bring him down. Noah and Alexis became good friends through their joint goal to help bring Royce down. It is a friendship that they both hold dear.

They want to move to the next level as their friendship grows, but they are both afraid. What if the next level doesn't work and their friendship suffers? Neither wants that to happen, but keeping the longing out of their eyes is becoming more difficult with every passing moment. Then Alexis faces another personal decision that could change her life forever. She needs Noah to stand with her and give his support. When Noah makes some mistakes, The Bromance Book Club steps in with a book and the unique guidance the men need.

I enjoyed the audio. Andrew Eiden continues to narrate the series. He does an excellent becoming these characters and telling their story. I'm impressed with his voice for the women in the story. He pulls me into these books and makes me want more.

Warning: if you have any Alexia devices in your house, be prepared for a few laughs when Alexia tries to answer questions she thinks are coming from the audio.
