SYNOPSIS
Born into a family of travelers, Gypsy
leaves Ireland to meet her cousin who works in a traveling carnival, 3,000
miles away across the Atlantic.
She has a special gift for healing wounded
hearts, and hopes to heal her own.
As she travels through America, she meets
people on the journey who need her special help – a lovelorn waitress, a
runaway boy, and a brooding mechanic who’s as lost and lonely as Gypsy.
Against the carnival’s backdrop of sawdust
and stardust, they travel west, searching for love, and a family that they can
build for themselves.
Gypsy
is the 5th book in the Traveling
Series, but can be read as a standalone

Gypsy by Jane Harvey-Berrick is one of those books
that transports you to a different world, a world where everything is a carnival
and full of joy and surprise and not forgetting romance.
Gypsy joins Kes her cousin and the rest of the carnival men and women and is a breath of fresh air to everyone and brings a new life to the carnival.
The whole concept of Gypsy and Huck Berry and the romance that ensues is magical to read. You know as soon as these two meets that they are drawn to each but something more than attraction, it is like a force is pulling them together. The journey is not an easy one though, no true romance would not be without the difficulties and trials these characters must deal with before they get the ending they deserve.
The story though I feel would not be complete without Kes, Aimee and all the carnie family welcoming, encouraging, and supporting Gypsy and Huck, this is truly a family that may not all be blood, but they are still a family united together.
I could go on and on about all the characters but that would give away too much and I feel you would only get the connections and fully appreciate everyone in this book and the storyline if you read it yourself. I will say though that this book or if you have not read the Travelling Series, is well worth reading and adding to your tbr lists, you will not regret it.
Jane has put so much passion in this book you can feel it in every page, the love she has for these characters and this series is so real you feel as if you are part of this amazing carnival family and these people’s lives.
