The story was well written, it moved along very nicely which I enjoyed. From the beginning of this book I did not feel that I wanted thing to move along quicker. The characters were very enjoyable expecially with their interaction with each other, it did take a while for Kat and Alex to realise what was between them but once they did it was amazing and you can see instantly how much Alex feels for Kat.

It all starts when Alex and Kat both take the subway, unfortunately for Kat someone tries to attack her, however, Alex is there to save the day. The problem with Alex saving the day was his career, he is currently running for Mayor of New York and any bad press on him is alwasy twisted so when the video goes viral of Alex defending Kat all people see is Alex beating up this guy in the subway. Kat though feeling terrible about this, comes forward and tells the full story of what happend.

Kat and Alex can't deny there is something between them, however, because of Alex career any relationship must be kept secret. Kat on the other hand has another dilema, she is a policical journalist and has been given the task to write a story on Alex and expose all his dark secrets, the decisions she has has to make are difficult ones for her and you can feel the angst here with her.

Will Kat write the story and expose everything on Alex and therefore ruin any happiness she has with him or will she rule to keep her relationship alive with Alex and reject writing this story? you will have to read the book to find out.

The first book by this author I have read but I truly enjoyed it and felt that the writing was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed reading this story. The way Sasha describes everything was down to an art and made you feel as if you were actually a fly on the wall watching over these characters.

I would highly recommend this story to everyone.
