I LOVE CD Reiss and her books, there is always something in them that keeps you gripped and as an author I always feel she knocks them out of the park.

This is a new Standalone, Romance Novel; it is Sexy as sin and a pure joy to read. I devoured this book easily and would recommend this to everyone. In this book you connect with the characters in a way that you feel what they feel and they become so important to you that you just have to know what will happen next. You want to know about their lives.

Vivian Foster is a public school librarian with such an emotional background. She lives with her step father who suffers terribly from arthritis, the love between these two is so lovely to read and be a part of. She never feels she is drop dead gorgeous but knows she is not un-attractive either, I felt I could connect with Vivian so well and I am sure everyone else will. Vivian has a heart of gold but she is also fun, loving and has the ability to make everyone around her love her.

Dashiell Wallace, wow, he is the all American professional baseball player. I loved him; it is not until you really start to read this story do you see how much he grows in this book. He is fun and so very sexy. His career is very important to him and yes he is superstitious but aren’t most people in this type of profession. He has certain set regulations that he adheres to in order to help his career. He loves baseball and has dedicated his life to it.

When Vivian comes into Dash’s life, well let’s just say his world is turned upside down. Can he cope with this or is this kind of interruption to his life too much for Dash to handle. Can Vivian trust someone else again; you have to read the book to find out.

Once you start to really delve into the story of this book you will read the complexities that are Dash and Vivian’s story. The way CD Reiss has written the story gives you an understanding of this game which I know nothing about. Your heart will go out to these characters and you will literally read until you turn the last page and enjoy every moment of it.

CD Reiss writing is flawless and like the other books I have read of hers I have loved being able to read this book and give an honest review.

If you are looking for a great book to read and relax with and go into your own world this is the book for you, it has everything in it that keeps you glued to each page, it is Sexy as hell, and we have a great story, lots of emotion and two amazing characters.

About the Author:

CD Reiss is a USA Today bestseller. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn't pick up she's at the well hauling buckets. Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master's degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere but it did give her a big enough ego to write novels. She's frequently referred to as the Shakespeare of Smut which is flattering but hasn't ever gotten her out of chopping that cord of wood. If you meet her in person, you should call her Christine.
