I loved the whole Consequences series and to me Aleatha Romig could write about Tony and Claire for the rest of her life and I would never get tired of reading about these two and this was no exception.
Although this was a Novell it was a amazing, the spark that Tony and Claire re-captured was still there and even more special than before
The island was their safe place, their turning point in the relationship so when they go back the same sense of freedom and security is there however Claire's desire to show Nicole the snow and be able to interact with their daughter at their home in Iowa brings them back home, to the newly built home that both Claire and Tony now love and have a deep connection with.
The connection and love these two have for each other has not died down in this novella it has grown and they are more connected than before and it is lovely to see.
Tony is such a wonderful devoted father and husband, ever protective of his girls which is great, he has changed so much and lovely to read.
There is still a security issue in this book but such a brilliant story it keeps you gripped.
I would recommend this story to everyone and all of Aleatha's books, she is such a talented writer and this Novella is up there with the other books in my opinion,
